Mary L. Wotring, 84, died Sunday, August 31, 2008 in Savannah.
Mrs. Wotring was born on June 27, 1924 in Kingwood, WV, the daughter of the late Harold and Dorothy Liston. Mary was a retired bookkeeper of Sears Roebuck and Company. She held many positions in civic organizations such as Union Camp and Savannah Summit.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Wotring was preceded in death by her husband of twenty-five years, James Robert Wotring and son, Robert H. Wotring. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Richard A. and Jo D. Wotring of Thunderbolt; son, Donald W. Wotring of Midway; brother, Bill Liston of Ft. Worth, TX; nine grandchildren and twenty-four great-grandchildren.
Visitation: 10:00-11:00 AM Tuesday, September 2, 2008 at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel.
Graveside Funeral Service: 12:00 PM Tuesday, September 2, 2008 at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
